Meet the Practitioner

For much of my life, anxiety shaped the way I moved through the world — how safe I felt in my body, how I related to food, movement, and even my own thoughts. Like many people, I tried to “fix” it by pushing harder, thinking more, or ignoring what my body was trying to tell me. It never worked.

What did work was learning to listen.

My own healing journey led me into mind-body work, energy healing, and eventually hypnosis — not as tools to override the body, but as ways to work with it. Through this process, I learned that anxiety isn’t a flaw or a failure. It’s information. And when we understand what it’s communicating, real healing can begin.

Intuition plays a central role in my work. Through intuitive and energy readings, chakra assessment, and energetic alignment, I help people identify where they may be holding stress, emotional weight, or disconnection. These patterns often show up as anxiety, burnout, difficulty with weight, or a sense of feeling stuck. By bringing awareness and balance back to the energetic system, clients are able to reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity and confidence.

I believe true wellness comes from alignment — when the mind, body, and energy systems are working together rather than in conflict. That’s why my approach integrates both energetic and physical support.

I am also a certified personal trainer and metabolic nutrition coach, and I weave movement, nutrition, and nervous system support into my healing work when appropriate. The body is not separate from emotional or energetic health — it is an essential part of the process. Sustainable change happens when all layers are supported together.

At the core of my work is a simple intention: to help people feel safe in their bodies again, trust themselves, and come back into balance — not by forcing change, but by understanding what they truly need.
